REGISTRATION

All participants must create an Account and register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions below carefully. Please also consider using a personal email account if your work email is connected to a medical institute with high security and privacy settings as the email may be transferred to junk folders.
Each participant will receive a registration number by email after submitting the Online Registration Form. Please check your spam folder if not received safely.
As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment transfer only after receiving your registration number. Payment by bank transfer must include the registration number and participant’s name in the payment details.

The online registration form will be available until 1st May 2025.

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline – 31st January 2025
  • Regular Registration Deadline – 1st May 2025
  • Late and Onsite Registration – 2nd May 2025

Cancellation Policy

Registration cannot be canceled, and participants are not entitled to a refund.

Registration can be transferred to another participant by providing the complete details of the replacement participant via Contact Person on WhatsApp: +62 821 2040 5228 (Wulan).

Payment must be completed within 2×24 hours after registration.

Participants are required to upload proof of payment through the website for verification by the organizing committee.

For participants registered from Indonesia, this activity has received accreditation from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
